- Origin: Founded June 10th, 2010. The name is a reference to binary code, where
10 equals the number 2 (a play on “Two-Bit Hackerspace”).

- Tiers: Individual Membership is $75/month. Household Membership is $110/month.
- Access: Members receive an RFID card for 24/7 access after orientation. See Access Card System.
- Communication: Slack is the primary method of official communication.
- Expected Behavior: We are committed to being an inclusive and welcoming environment. Harassment or discrimination is strictly forbidden.
- Cleanliness: The “Bus0” policy means leaving work surfaces completely clear after use. Always clean up your workspace.
- Safety: Follow all safety rules, and do not use tools you are not trained on.
